you have to convert them into the profile that ur phone tells you 2 Make sure the video are mp4 or 3gp format and also that you installed the Sony Ericsson PC Suite or at least the File Manager from the cd you get with the phone. Next you connect your phone to your computer using the USB cable you get with your phone and connect it as phone mode, undo Sony Ericsson PC Suite and click on File Manager or if you have it as an statue on your desktop double click on that. Then double click on Sony Ericsson w200i (or how it's named there) and later double click on Phone Memory, go to Video and copy fasten the video you want to put on your phone there surrounded by mp4 or 3gp format. ^_^
