I`ve just hear that if a mobile phone is very low on power, by entering *3370# the phone will restart showing 50% power. This "emergency" reserve will seize topped up at recharge. Anybody else know about this. I did try it on my phone which is just about 10 years old, didn`t work. It may work on a newer model.

I'm Afraid not, this is simply a myth. Try and think rotten the logic behind it from a manufacturer point of view. What use is a reserve of battery-operated space, which obviously detracts from the major battery storage as a result reducing the battery vivacity and making the product look useless. Secondly, why bother doing this and not telling anyone in the order of it?
