When I did that, it took going on for three days to start working again.
You may want to try spraying compressed air through it next to the battery out so you can bring back air to the inside.
just grant it time....mine fell in my cereal bown beside da milk u know i was contained by such a hurry for skool that morning i just took da battery-operated out and what ever other parts i could and let them dry surrounded by the sun for like 3 days and it started to work again
lol u can try to dry it but if that doesn't work merely take the sim card or tough drive and put it in a current cell
I did matching thing. All you enjoy to do is put it in the toaster. Make sure you hold on to it though. This will construct it become less wet logged
Make sure you give it plenty of time (at lowest over night) to dry out!! If you try to turn it on and there is still moisture present it will fry the circuits and you can kiss it goodbye.
Take All the peices sour as much as you can and dry it....
pull the battery-operated and leave it out.
Open the phone so adjectives external surfaces are exposed. (not disassembled, just open out the phone if it is a flip or slide the case begin if it is a slider.....)
With the better spring weather and if you have sunshine (no precipitation forcasted).place the phone outside where it will find direct sunlight all or most of the hours of daylight. Place it LCD down if possible.
The sun will steam the phone's case and insides while not self too hot to damage your electronics. It may bear 2 full days in the sun to completely dry out.
another risk, less recommended, is to bake the oven to keep heat up (about 150Deg---not the microwave) and put it in the oven for a time.....Not recommended as the oven may get too hot momentarily while the oven tries to assert temperature....
NOTE: your phone is presently out of warranty. There are water sensitive label in the phone which will turn color if contained by contact with river..

you need to filch the battery out hastily if you haven't already and let it dry. don't attempt to charge it, use it, etc. you can rub it beside alcohol on a cotton ball or soft cloth to dry out the dampen in the small crevices and buttons. you've probably ruined the battery-operated and will need to find another, but your phone will probably be OK in a few days, merely don't try to use it too soon. OMG!! U took it out?? Ehh well.. my frend bent over to flush the toilet and it fell outta her pocket and go down, down, down..
Yep, ur gonna have to bestow it time and don't blowdry it because the air coming from the dryer isn't sheltered for the phone. Let it sit and carefully bear out all the parts..Some of the parts might not work though, similar to the key wad and stuff. But its worth a shot!!
