im getting a iphone but i saw a video on youtube where they activate the iphone and they picked the plan on itunes so can i pick my plan at a ATT store or do i need a credit card to get going it

im 14 but my dad doesnt have a credit card so could i buy the iphone at the ATT store and enjoy them set up the plan and stuff?
