2. Can someone who is a Tmobile hand tell me that if I christen to upgrade, can they just apply the rebate to my purchase price so I don't enjoy to go through the rebate process?

the rizr is a good phone. . .i have it before upgrading it to a blackberry pearl. greatly good phone....exceedingly sturdy....and nice looking.
as far as applying the rebate, they wont be able to do that. you see, the rebate is coming from the factory owner...not T-Mobile. . . so you will have to retribution the amount upfront, then spread out the rebate. . .then loaf. . .then receive the rebate check. . .i know, it sux! Motorolla Rizr is a appropriate phone. Its rated extremely highly and yes its awfully reliable. Highly recommended although i personally prefer nokias due to their user friendly interfaces.
I am a T-mobile customer and as far as i knw they will be capable of handle your telephone. I am pretty sure you won't have to budge through the rebate process. Dial '150' for tmobile customer services via your phone (its free)
