A couple years ago I got Verizon wireless and salaried $125 deposit, I believe. I still have the receipts. Close to the 2 year fault I lost my job and default on payments, so they closed my account and sent me to collections. I'm currently still paying the collection agency.
Am I still eligible to bring back my deposit back? I know I can find it after the 1st year is over, but I never went after it. I can't come across to find answers anywhere else and plan on calling them tomorrow.

Not if you default on the payments, you can't. You should have gotten the deposit final after the first year and therefore I would presume that they are obligated to return the refund to you as long as you met the entire agreement for the first year.
