i just found my cell outside surrounded by the snow it;'s been within for about 2 months and i agree to it defrost for 3 hours now and there's hose down in it how do i win it out??

u can unfold the cell phone and very prettily dry it with a drier....if the problem keep on show it to a cell phone mechanic...they will get it repaired..or if u own a warranty they will replace it for you..got it
im sorrry but its broken thers no method in hell your phone works im so sorry but its gone R.I.P what ever caring of phone u have trow it within the trash its gone sorrry bro =/ the best thing to do is place it within a bowl of rice(uncooked), open to the air(as contained by not in a hermetically sealed bag), and completly burried, make sure the cover and battary are bad, and if you have a cover or obverse plate, remove that too
do NOT attempt to charge or turn the phone on untill the phone has gone through atleast 12 hours (24 is best) surrounded by the rice
the rice will draw out the moisture with out hurtful the internal parts with any type of warmth

Take white rice (uncooked) and put it in a bowl or a rucksack and put the phone in beside the rice. The rice will absorb the moisture.
You could try a hair-dryer. That doesn't always work though... Shake it around? You could also newly send it to whoever your service provider is and own them fix it. It might cost you depending on if they can tell its wet damaged and depending on the warranty.

I had a cell that jam-packed with wet and would not hold a charge. I just agree to it dry out (took battery out and put it upside down so the hose down could drip out) and it worked.
Edit: well the personality above me is wrong, btw. way too gloomy... plus like I said, I have one that was completely submerged and I dried it out and it works very soon
