What you have to do is enter the correct wap/gprs/edge settings for the provider you are using. You can do this a few ways
1 - Go to Nokia's website contained by the support section. There will be an nouns that will allow you to choose the 6131, then choose your provider. Once you do that, the site can record the corret settings to your phone
2 - You can go to your providers website or call upon then, ask them to course book the settings
3 - You can get the settings from the provider and manually enter next into the phone.
Once you get the settings into the phone, you are moral to go
