Cingular phone calling guam? how much would it cost to call guam using
how much would it cost to call guam using a cingular phone? would it be easier to use a phone card next to the phone and how much would that cost? how do i dial a guam number?

Though the Northern Marianas, such Saipan would be considered international I have a Cingular phone, live surrounded by Reno, Nevada, and make phone call to Guam on a daily basis. It charges you just resembling if you were making a regular local phone call upon (at least it does for me). So if you get hold of free night and weekends you also receive free night and weekend call to Guam (thats when I usually call).
Cingular gives free long distance. Technically since Guam is parts of the US it is considered a long distance nickname NOT a international call. Big difference between the two.
