If you do grasp a text message that seem like "spam", reply "stop". That should do the trick! The best way would be to contact your service provider and own them check to see if any 3rd party content provider subscriptions appear on your explanation. They should be able to repeal them for you. If you should receive a text message from them, reply beside the word stop or cancel.
