Roaming Charges for the FlexPlan 9which is what I have) for my Razr V3..going into Canada, are said to be
Roaming charges:
.69 per minute
.10 per text
.05 to receive text
.25 to receive and send picture messages

My physical question is.
When it sais .69 per minute for ROAMING CHARGES, does that be set to .69 every minute my phone is on and is searching for service? Or does it suggest every minute i talk??

If it help, I'm going to Montreal for a weekend.

Answers:  If you want to know for sure then you should contact the customer service dept. for T-Mobile and ask them. They will know adjectives about the rate charges and how they are applied.
