i just get a new cell phone the enV from verizon and it be working fine at first, but now i cant convey any txts and it is really annoying, i can recieve them but i cant send any out... what should i do? =]

I have Verizon Wireless and own the Samsung Gleam. I recently bought the phone and none of my Get It Now features work. It comes up next to the error. "Unable to verify your account information. Please hail as Customer Service." Well I called Customer Service and they plainly couldn't relief me. They told me to power my phone off later on to no prevail. They then told me to clutch the battery out, count to 15, and later replace it and turn the phone back on, once again spoilt. After that, they had no other thinking. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
Unavailable number call, automated voice puts me on hold?
So lately I've been getting seriously of calls from "unavailable" and haven't be around my phone to pick it up. Today I did, and it was crackly for a moment and consequently an automated voice came on and said: "We enjoy a phone call for you. . Let me connect you to a representative... I'm sorry, adjectives of our representatives are busy at this time, please hold." um, what the f*ck is that about? anyone know? I hung up because I be walking into a store, but still.. should I wait if they give the name back to see who it is? Has this happen to anyone else?

my parents are thinking about letting me catch unlimited texting with alltel..but its charitable of expensive, and i had hear that if you had a phone that didnt own a camera on it (which i dont), you wouldn't have to remuneration as much because you couldn't use the picture messaging feature...is that true.
