My mom and I have individual plans beside AT&T, because she was a AT&T Wireless customer up to that time Cingular merged with them so she have two accounts with them. Because she get me a Cingular phone when I was contained by first year of High School. Now I am looking at the amounts we spend with AT&T and it would be better if we get a Family Plan instead of two individual plans. Now what I want to know is this, if we convert the two accounts into a Family Plan we can keep both our of cell phone numbers that we enjoy at this very moment and also are we eligible to take new phones below the 2 year Contract price if we wanted to? ***SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY**** FROM AT&T CSR's if POSSIBLE. Long version, sorry...bought a Samsung Sync through AT&T. My call were one dropped every 3-5 minutes. Took the phone back and they said it must be defective. They exchanged it, I go home, and the SAME thing happen. Went back to ask for another model to try and they said that since I already exchanged one defective one, I needed to stir through Warranty to have it replaced. I have the service for 9 days! So, I went near T-mobile and just never rewarded the AT&T bill. Stupid, I know. Now, I'd like to vend my Sync to pay past its sell-by date the bill. Will it work for someone else or is it deactivated? Do they just call for to pop their own SIM card in it?
