Okay i have a 40gb PS3 and when i connect my ipod touch to it, it will charge ,but the PS3 won't show the ipod so i can't listen to any of the songs or copy them any.
This is getting me very frustrateddd! :///

Well, you cant do that with a iPod (only sony MP3's can do that) my ipods work ipod video 80GB, 4GB nano and ipod touch.
are the ipods charged, the songs don't come up similar to on itunes all a mess really, songs are not straightforward to find. when you connect your ipod go to music next onto usb device(ipod) press triangle, then press X on ipod control, consequently X again on music then press X on the files and songs will show. same next to videos lately go on video instead of music. i hope ps3 bring out an update that will organise ipod files surrounded by the same channel as itunes
sorry just notice touch only charges on PS3, never notice because ipod is awful on PS3 anyway so only used it to listen to songs a few times on other ipod. its great for charging thou i own all three charging at same time in need having to nouns up PC, i assume there will be an firmware upgrade soon that will sort it. unless its because the ipod touch is resembling a mini computer in itself.
trust me you are not missing out on anything as i said up to that time finding a particular song on ps3 take ages.
