Xbox 360 controller not connecting anymore? i bought a wireless controller 4 my xbox 360
i bought a wireless controller 4 my xbox 360 for when my friends come over, when i first bought it i had problems connecting it,i call gamestop, told me to hold button on controller and on 360, i held both but when i did nothing happen, so i was gonna travel to gamestop, tried one more time it worked. we played, resembling 2 weeks later also used the controller, similar to 2 more weeks it stopped working. i press the buttons and hold them they both do the circle thing but after almost at the same time they both start blinking the 360 eventually stops blinking and controller doesn't it continues to blink but 360 have no light even if im still holding the button. i tried holding controller button purely pressing 360 holding 360 pressing controller i tried everything i wanna go throw a ****** brick through gamestop pane, have no bill anymore. please help me

Press the console button first (hold it down) after press the controller's register button.
sounds like a PICNIX. problem surrounded by chair not contained by xbox. you want to throw a brick at gamestop? i want to throw a brick at you for being so stupid sounds close to a battery problem check that they're fully charged and try another rechargable battery and check that there's nothin else working on 2.4 frequency when u connect ur controller blocking the signal for example cellphones, cordless phones, microwaves, .... etc all these can interfere beside the signal of the wireless controller
