i have have a wii since xmas and just a few days ago the wiimote have started moving around the screen really against the clock even though im not moving it

It seems that you may enjoy a misconfiguration in your Hardware.
Try re-syncing your wii remote and Wii.
Then stir into your Wii Settings, click sensor bar and produce sure sensitivy and Position are correct.
