Xbox 360 Freezing?

My Xbox is about two years outmoded and is out of warranty. Whenever I play a game it freezes and red bar come on the screen. I can't even progress to the dashboard. Is it the games or the Xbox? Should I get a topical Xbox?

if it happens to adjectives your games its your xbox. if it happens to adjectives your games then it is your xbox but if it is your hobby then its the winter sport thats doing it.
