I mean so that the wipe will work just resembling it would work with a activity on Ps2 but plugged into a PC (using an adapter or whatever) with indistinguishable game but for PC?
Or is that impressively compliated programing?

There are adapters, but they generally catalogue in price from $10-$20 and you pretty much hold to go online to find one, which process shipping costs. And even then within are sometimes driver issues and such when you go through such an adapter.
So it might of late be easier and better in the long run to buy a clothed, cheap PC gamepad.
no there is no complicated program it is acctualy pretty easy because is a front you can buy just explain within computor shop what you want. There are PlayStation to USB adaptors available.
However, a cheaper option is a PlayStation style joystick next to a USB plug on it available from eBay for about lb5.00: See cooperation below for just one example.
