It is eithier that the disc is scratched or dirty, or the disc is pseudo or was produced surrounded by an area outside of your wii's production settings
well any your discs are severely scratched or the system needs to be taken to be repaired. if this happen with just one cd there is a problem beside the game disk and it requests to be replaced. if its a problem with multiple games you should call for nintendo technical support and pinch it from there. if this is a constant problem, your wii may be broken, but if it happen every once in a while the problem may not be so serious. any way it couldn't hurt to send for.
