I am looking for a Tablet PC that is powerful, beside a great display and only react to the actual PEN when writing on it not fingers because that would make it a distress to write on...TANKS please answer kinda in a bind ...

This really depends on what type of tablet you want and how much you want to spend. For university, i would suggest the Hp BUISNESS class tablet convertables. These are essentially laptops until you flip the eyeshade around and all of a sudden you hold a tablet pc. Perfect for university. Be aware though that the HP home/office convertable tablets use a restrained digitizer (touch screen) and not the pen (active digitizer), and they use slower AMD processors over the core 2 duos. However, the buisness class models have the core 2 duos and the involved digitizer (pen). They have several of these models you can check out at best buy or futureshop, but i would suggest customizing the model you want on HP.ca. Seriously, plain ripened pen and paper (P&P) is still the best entry for taking notes contained by college.
P&P is cheaper, lighter, and more durable than a tablet PC.
P&P won't bluescreen, crash or run out of batteries on you during a critical moment contained by class.
P&P allows you to seamlessly change between language, or even draw free-form figures and diagrams.
If you want to create in good health organized, neat summary, that night after the class, rewrite the record from class note book into a separate one you use for studying. Rewriting the information will lend a hand it sink in, and creating easy-to-read follow-up will help come exam time.
Seriously, walk out the PC in your room.
