Unless your computer is elder, or your not big on having the most modern and greatest, then yeah, dance for it.
But Sims 3 is coming out soon, so, if you have a nicer computer, you may want to hold stale a bit longer.
If you like playing God and enjoy an active imagination, yes.
For me, yes! I was stuck with the first performance and I love the second one more. They look more natural and a lot of the 'glitches' the first one have like a table that should support 4 one and only handling 2 have be fixed and each expansion pack offer more cool things. if you want to buy a new winter sport yea or you could buy a used one on eBay for $20 thats what i did to get sims 2 pets. or you could hang around until 2009 for the sims 3!
There is a reason the Sims games own been some of the absolute selling PC games ever. Pretty much anyone can play them and they're entertaining.
