buy a spanking new one simple as that Perhaps you're not synced next to the Wii. Press the RED button under a faceplate on the front of the Wii, and the red button lower than the cover of the Wiimote.
If that doesn't work, and it's not the batteries that inevitability to be changed, then your Wii remote is probably busted.
surrounded by the battery compartment in that is a small red sync button press that n it will come right on if u got the battery in right
if it is a second controller to hook it up w/ ur wii u get 2 press the 1 n 2 buttons simutaneously and repeatedly
You have a few things that may be wrong beside it.
1. Sync it permanently to your Wii (see manual)
2. You accidently dilapidated the Wiimote
3. You have not put up the Sensor Bar.
4. When you push a button, do the buttons at the bottom flash? If they don't next maybe the battery aren't compatible (i know you said it wasn't the batteries).
5. If you just bought them, stir back to the store and let somebody know them it doesn't work. They'll replace it if they're nice. If it's an online store, they may give you credit unless they're shady.
