I need to stir on wii internet!Do i need the wii USB from the store or not?(NO WIRELESS!)
Answers:
The store sell a USB device that you plug into your computer.
This USB device sends wireless internet signals to your Wii allowing you to play games online and shop from the Wii Shop Channel You can use the USB framework adapter key that you can buy surrounded by stores. Basically it sets up an access point from your computer so your wii can connect "wirelessly" to the internet. If you have a Lan adapter (wired connection), that'll work too, its newly the set up that's different. To set up Lan adapter do the following:
*Installing the Wii LAN Adapter
First make sure you hold an Ethernet cable connected directly from your broadband modem or wired router. If you are using your modem*, you will need to temporarily unplug the cable going to your computer when you preference to connect your Wii console online. Plese note that you cannot connect the Wii LAN Adapter directly to a computer, surrounded by most cases.
With the power turned off on the Wii console, insert the Wii LAN Adapter into the USB port on the vertebrae of the Wii console.
*DSL users: while some DSL modems may be compatible, our experience has shown that plentiful are not. We recommend using a router.
Connect an ethernet cord from your wired modem or broadband router to the ethernet port on the Wii LAN Adapter.
Turn on the Wii console and follow the steps below to configure the internet connection settings.
*Configuring the Internet Connection for the Wii LAN Adapter
On the Wii console's basic menu, click on the 'Wii button' in the lower disappeared corner. This will take you to the settings blind. On this screen, click on 'Wii Settings'
In the Wii System Settings, click on the blue arrow on the right to make the second screen of option. On this screen, click the 'Internet' button.
Select 'Connection Settings'
Select an unoccupied connection slot indicated by 'None'
Select 'Wired Connection'
