You need a custom firmware to play iso games stale a memory stick. Im not sure whether you have to upgrade or downgrade but you should look around. Youtube have videos which hold steps.
It also depends what psp you have as the up to date lite psp needs a pandora's mobile which can be bought off ebay.
u have to downgrade the firmware adjectives the way down to 1.50 and explore for it online

also i made one from this vid First of all, you want to be on custom firmware. So you do need to downgrade you psp to firmware 1.5. But you will requirement either an unpatched copy of GTA LCS or a Lumines game. If you can not attain a hold to those, then you stipulation to buy a pandora's battery. You can find them on ebay.
Now, if you hold a pandora's battery, later you can install CFW from there. If you don't, and you've downgraded to 1.5, afterwards you can google it or go to youtube and find out how to install CFW from 1.5.
Now, once you own CFW installed on you PSP, you will be able to breed back up copies of your UMD disc. Downloading ISO's and and putting them on your memorystick is unofficial. But it's fun. You can also put the ISO copy of you game that you back up on your memory stick as well.
Basically, here is what you do.
Get the ISO spectator sport, whether it's one you downloaded or a back up.
Put the PSP contained by usb mode with the memory stick contained by.
There should be an ISO folder on the root of your memory stick. That means, soon as you click the deity drive X, you should see a folder named ISO.
Click on it.
Drag the ISO/CSO database to the ISO folder.
Wait until the file is on the memory stick. (Please sort sure that the memory stick is big enough.)
Exit usb mode on your psp when the profile is on there.
Go to activity.
Hit X on the game.
Play the team game
Try not to lose in the activity
Keep winning
