Yeah I'm in the great jumble and i killed everything and very soon i went to the room where on earth all the trophies used to be and the door within the background open and nothing happen. ...what do i do now?

Thats why they call it a jumble, hard huh.
ok when ur within the that room look on your map and youll see a dot in the center of the room draw from ur character as close to as possible and press up, u may enjoy to walk him hindmost in fourth until u take it just right
I have to use the nunchuck and press up once the portal appeared. Hope that helps. i option i could help,im stuck finding the concluding boss! the big guy thats on the right,hes a boss(ridly and metal ridly) not a character boss(meta knight mario ect.)
