Is my 360 scratch my discs? ok so my 360 somtimes make a unusual groan
ok so my 360 somtimes make a unusual groan once in a while, i contacted microsoft and they said my 360 is scratch my discs, i see some faint rings around my 360 discs, does this be a sign of its scratching them? because i really dont wanna dispatch my 360 back again

I've never heard of that arranged. I use mine everyday for games, music, and movies...I've never seen scratch. Try a DVD player cleaner (they're about $20 at radio shack)
when your 360 starts to groan and show the red ring of disappearance, immediatly turn it off and linger for a few minutes before turning it final on. the groaning noise resources it is scratching the disks. you may want to return it for a brand new or refurbished one. It could be if your disc drive is broken. if problems verbs send it to microsoft and they will fix it.
You're not moving your 360 while its on are you? doing that will put that ring around the disc
Yes. It is sent support and say the microsoft to fix it. and do not play longer than three hours a sunshine. it is bad for the xbox 360.
I have this problem with my inventive xbox. It scratched up all my discs. It completely trashed my Halo 2 disc. If you own a warranty, you might want to get your 360 swapped.
Even though you can agree to your 360 stand vertically, it might scratch your discs. I other let it lay on the floor. And to prevent from sending it to repair AGAIN, i do sanctuary strategys. When you're not playing, disconnect it from your wall outlet (using a extented power line cause your 360 to get damaged)
