in the instructions its say

1. Turn on your PSP and computer and attach your USB cable where requisite
2. Set the PSP to USB mode
3. Open up your PSP'sTM MemoryStickTM DUO
4. Unzip and copy and paste the babblr folder into X:/PSP/COMMON
5. Open up your browser and type folder:/PSP/COMMON/babblr/index.html
6. Bookmark this page and you¡¯re done!
