I know in other countries the power hookups are different, and I meditate sometimes the video cables are different. I hold a TV with Red, blue, green, red, white hookups, and the typical yellow, red, white. I hold no idea what the Wii have. So what adapters do I need?

the wii has the standard red pallid and white thats all i know Japan uses duplicate format as the U.S., NTSC. You should be fine with what you hold.
