No, the Wii is for everyone. My Mom plays it and she is 36, my grandpa who is 77 played bowling and enjoyed it. its a fun winter sport consol for all clan members of adjectives ages.

Yes AND NO.Nintendo have always aimed its demographic towards the younger crowd. But they other bring out games that appeal to the older fan as well. Just because the ONLY commercials you see on TV from Nintendo are "kid friendly" ie; Mario Party,Brain Age..ect Does not tight its a kid system, they just aim for the younger ones. Watch the other platforms commercials,usually they other are the gorey,bloody, or violent ones.
