Answers: Usual problems with GameTap not playing games is that you hold your x: or y: drive mapped. "GameTap requires that the X: and Y: drive be free because it uses them to create virtual drives so that you can play Windows games. The most adjectives drive mounted to either x: and/or y: is a lattice drive."
Other than that it could be just a simple hardware incompatibility. Make sure you check the system requirements back you go and download a winter sport.
The website below has a few solutions and probably links to some customer support. My suggestion... take rid of GameTap.
