I have presently bought 2 differnt controllers for the xbox 360 . The one that came next to the system works great. Bot the other two don't work, and they were brand latest. Is there something I call for to do or WHAT? Please help , appreciation

synchornise the 2 controllers, or try putting a different get of batteries into the controllers as it may be the label of battery you are using cause the trouble
yes, try synching the bright controllers to you console. Thee is a white circular button next to the memory card slots on the 360. Press that button and at like peas in a pod time press the small circular button on the top of the controller. Connect Your Controller
Up to four controllers, wired and wireless, can be actively connected to an Xbox 360 console at one time. Each connected controller is assigned a quadrant on the Ring of Light. Before you can connect a wireless controller, at least one quadrant must be free (unlit).
To connect your wireless controller to your console:
Press and hold down the Xbox Guide button or the Start button until the controller turns on.
If your console is not on, press the power button to turn on the console.
Press and release the connect button on the console.
Press and release the connect button on the controller.
After the Ring of Light on the controller and console spin and flash once, the controller is connected. The quadrant that remains lit indicates the controller's position.
To connect, or bind, spare wireless controllers, repeat this procedure for up to four controllers.
To disconnect a wireless controller, press and hold the Xbox Guide button for three seconds, and afterwards turn the controller off.
Notes
When you turn bad your console, your controller will still be connected the next time you turn it on.
Your controller is connected to merely one console at a time. You can connect to a new console at any time, but your nouns to the previously connected console will be lost.

If the syncing does not work your xbox could be broke.
since your original is already synced it will still work so try syncing your originall again.
what u do is create another profile then do adjectives that crap. so the xbox 360 will reconise the controller. i found out the easy means of access.
im assuming that they are wireless, ite, the 360 has to revise the controller so have you system on and the turn the controller on push the xbox button when it starts flashing nearby is a button on the front of your 360 that has ))) subsequent to it push it and then on the controller if you be look down at the trigger buttons there is equal button push it and the two will pair im guessing thats whats wrong next to it
