can you hook up Xbox through you computer VIA ethernet? I was wondering if it be possible to take my laptop, hook the dsl cable from the xbox 360 to the ethernet port contained by the computer, and finally connect to xbox live wirelessly from the wireless card in my computer. so simply xbox to computer via ethernet cable to internet via wireless internet on computer.

Xbox Live trouble, apparently substandard to receive IP adress?
I recently purchased a wireless adapter (yes I give in) I got it connected to the server from my router downstairs which i use for adjectives my computers. This is where the trouble happen. As I run Xbox Live test, the IP adress fail. Despite it being automatic and I'm connected to the server, something is wrong. On the lattice settings screen, three panel with exchange cards info. The bottom panel displays my server info, showing it has connected, the middle panel say nothing and the top panel displays a ip adress.
