Computer electric head? I notice when I slighty turn my workstation, there
I notice when I slighty turn my workstation, there is a fizzy nouns coming from the electric lead which is connected to the notebook.
Is this a serious problem, could I get a electric shock?

I'd check that the lead is carefully plugged into the socket. irf this is happening when you turn the PC it could intensely well be the head isn't seated properly. Please make sure you turn the power at the socket rotten first, just surrounded by case..
Umm, YEP. That fizzy sound say it's doing something that it wasn't designed to do, and it will never get better, single worse. Fizzy also says that here is enough power to create a rear through air which eventually will wear down whatever minor protection exists at the moment, until such Fizzy become Zap. If you are sure that it is coming from the front, and not from the computer itself, then try using a head from something else you have, or buy a modern one. It is not work risking getting a shock or damaging the notebook.
