Anyone know what do do when an Amstrad DRX400 gets stuck within standby? the red light have gone dimmer than usual, ive tried turning it off for a daytime or so with no luck.

Answers:  Switch the addressee off at the D
Press and hold the backup button on the front of the receiver (not the remote control)
Keep the button held and power the beneficiary back up
After 5-10 second all the lights on the front display will come on
You can very soon release the backup button
If your receiver is connected via scart organize you will see a message on screen
After around 10-20 mins your box will switch back into standby
Then switch your addressee back on
