I got two dvds today and the banker did not de activate the wellbeing device so now i cant open out them. I went stern but becasue i didnt have my recipt they consider i stole them and wont open them for me. does anyone know how to get underway them? its the one with the little green and red lock pictures on the side and the skylight is over the red lock
