200W Frostheater sold contained by B&Q for lb9.99. will it run on my 800W power inverter? I have an 800W power inverter within my van,


I have an 800W power inverter within my van, B&Q sell a frostheater 200W and though I KNOW it be not meant for that I want to know will it warmness up ok? logic says it should as it is smaller number than a quarter of the normal running dimensions, I have a 130AMPHR battery-operated feeding the inverter, should be ok?

It would not be a good theory to leave this arrangement unattended for a long spell - overnight for example. You are likely to be face with a flat freestyle at the least, as I assume you are not going to run the engine. It should own no problem heating up, but if at hand are any electronic components to your Frostheater, then you should be more thorough. The reason is that the inverter is not creating true AC power, so if the electric fire has a timer, for example, the timer may run faster than a common clock. I would say that you should try hooking it up and running it. If the power inverter is of nouns quality, consequently the most likely entry to fail is the heating system.
