Service query!? Hi, We recently bought a microwave at best and


Hi, We recently bought a microwave at best and approaching 1 and a half months contained by its not working. We have a 4-hour warranty from best buy. We had moved too, so we call up best buy and told them we had this problem they redirect us to get it fixed from the businessman. So Samsung sends one of their repair people to us and unmounts it and take it to his shop to get it fixed. We have to pay 85 dollars to take that it mounted and 85 to the repair guy who unmounted it. So the microwave is now fixed (!!) And both Samsung (who we also hold a one year warranty with) and best buy are saying that they aren't contained by charge of getting it to house installed. We have a warranty w/ bestbuy, but they said they don't cover this ..b/c it wasn't inhome (but it be Best buy who directed us to Samsung). We bought the microwave for 250, now hold payed at least 210 alone on this in one piece mess to get fixed. They are adage we have to income to get it wager on now. What to do? going on for five months in a minute!!
Answers:  Unless the warranty covered in home service it is really the reasponablity of the owner to gain the unit to the manufacture/retailer for repair or replacement. I would right to be heard that the charge to re-install the unit is the responsablity of the owner, but the production should cover the cost of the repair if it was their service tech. Hope this help
