You can simply contact Sky and order it below a UK address, that's how my friends parents living in Spain do it. Correct Sky will one and only send card out to a UK address, and this wants to be one with out Sky currently.

Other providers are broadcasting into Spain surrounded by English but not a great deal of choice. You would try to obtain a "freeview" sky card, this will give you some channel but not Movies / Sport...Ect
