FREE VIEW... gggrrr, who else HATES it??
i have have freeview for the past 9 months...
and

and i gotta articulate, i hate it, i revulsion it, i hate it, i haattee it!
it is connected to the ariel on my roof and so have excellent signal HOWEVER ever few seconds the aduio cuts out for 2 second and every 2-4 mintues the screen go black for 2 seconds and say 'No Signal'
....
this is even more annoying when i am watching something important or of interest to me.. for example: when they are in the order of to give you the label of the killer within a soap opera or when they are showing something you really want to see within a documentary and then the eyeshade goes black for 3 second and you miss everything :'(
i want to know if this has happen to anyone else with freeview or if it is if truth be told just my stupid freeview or ariel from the roof!??

Yes this is very annoying and it really does come about at those really important moments. I'm sure they do it simply to p*ss people stale.
I've been informed that the ITV channel are running on reduced power and will not change to full power until the switch stale but I have no conception whether this is true or not. This problem occurs beside mine and I can see the TV transmitter from my house so signal is obviously not a problem.
It used to do it beside ours all the time so we get sky instead. We put the free view upstairs surrounded by our bedroom instead of in the lounge and it's never done it since... It's still connected to like peas in a pod Ariel and it's the same free scenery box so i have no view what used to cause our problems.. All i know is; it's bl*ody typical, spending money on sky every month and the free belief now works without fault! Yes it happen just like for us,i set a film to cartridge from film 4 and it started tape then the signal go off roughly 10 minutes into the film and i have a blank vid ...it's bad is freeview i one and only hope when the big switchover happens it get better
