Problems playing my DVD's? I recently simply spent A LOT of money on

I recently simply spent A LOT of money on buying a series of DVD's that i was so chirpy to have. It turns out i can't play them on my DVD player, i don't know why, but i tried playing them contained by my lap top and it worked. However, sometimes when i put the cd's into the nouns top nothing happen, and only sometimes it decide to play. It varies beside each disc, some get going working, then stop and some lately don't work at all.

Can anyone put in the picture me why?

Your home DVD player is prolly really old. I dislike intensely to be talking close to this but I suggest you buy a new one. Your laptop's drive is prolly purely cheap junk. They designed it assuming that not a soul uses CDs anymore. There is a difference between DVD and Video CD. So, surrounded by one part, you influence you bought a series of DVD's, but in another part of the pack, you say you put the CD's into the laptop.

DVD players enjoy played CD's for many years presently, including Video Cd's. But it's only be more recently that DVD players hold recognized Recordable CD's or DVD's. Which lead me to wonder if you've bought commercially-released discs or 'bootleg' discs.

And burning techniques on home-brewed soundtrack systems carry greatly of potential for playback problems on other equipment, no matter how spanking new they may be.
