And how do you know they REALLY are surrounded by China? Just because they say so? The world is a pretty big place if you own to go chasing after your money, and they're not within China, after all.
wow! I'd be awfully leary about the company. nearby is a very apt chance they are not legit. me instinctively, I wouldn't do it. have you tried ding any research online roughly speaking the company? Even then though its still not to articulate the are legit. usually any company who deals next to wanting you to wire the money is not legit. i wouldn't do it but again thats me. If they only promise with Western Union, I would be incredibly suspicious. There is no recourse if you send money by Western Union and they don't provide the products or services you had be promised.
Any bona-fide company can arrange credit card facilities, so why haven't they? Perhaps because they know that credit card companies can reverse charges if they don't do what they are supposed to.

I would strongly advise you to look for another trader, unless you have the time and money to turn chasing all over China to rest the cash you've lost when this crowd disappears!
