I am planning on getting free HD from Time Warner Cable, and they say its free, but I judge they may charge you to upgrade to HD service, and then you draw from the free HD channels. Has anyone gotten free HD service from TWC, and if you have to pay, how much be it?

Answers:  HD from Time Warner Cable is free. I was thinking give or take a few getting a HDTV and I wanted to know how much would the HD service be. So I call and its free. All they do is switch ur current cable box to a HD cable box. Its probably free cuz u only go and get about 30 HD channel. Which is far less than Directv's 90 HD channel
