UK Daily Mail newspaper have given away many DVDs within recent months. I have the entire set of "The World At War" but can't play them. I seize an error message saying I do not enjoy the necessary decoder.

An email to the Daily Mail relief desk did not help.

Please, what decoder do I require ? and where on earth can I download it from.
