is there any SAFE (as contained by no viruses etc.) website that you can put a mp3 nouns file on nearby and then distribute it to your phone?

limewire I use tonebee.com, it only allows you 30 second of the song though.
You search for the song you want and if you don't find it you upload your song and select 30 second of it, it then save it to your computer and you can transfer it to your phone sour the computer.
My phone doesn't connect to the computer so my Dad connects his phone to the computer and puts it on his, then bluetooth's it to me.
