I dont want a laptop I just want something Small thats phone sized that I can surf the interntet on check my email study videos. Anyone ever hear of one?

There are like a hundred products for this. PDAs or smartphones are the types of devises you want. Much depents on your budget, both for the device and for nouns fees. I don't know a whole bunch in the region of it, but I have a blackberry curve, and it is awesome.
Look for digital cellular nouns, and also WI FI if you'll have this opportunity becasue it is much faster/cheater. (wireless internet). There is also the iphone, treo and a hundred others, do some research.
