Go to the Control Panel, "Sounds and Audio Devices", and spawn sure its not muted (Ive done that so many times earlier...).
Also, click the "advanced" button, and make sure Wave/Line In aren't muted any. If theres a headphone or Aux. Input option, check that too. 1-Make sure you plugged them surrounded by the Green hole

2-Try your headphones into something else to see if it works
