SHOULD I BE competent to return item if i get an electric shock?? k i had my guitar on the other daylight
k i had my guitar on the other daylight and i plugged in a Line6 Floor Pod (multiple effects pedals) and get an electric shock. nto a little short one. it be about 10 second long, and i could feel it run through my whole body. I scream cuz i couldnt let run of the plug. It took me awhiel to plug it in and single got it contained by half road. Scariest **** ever.
I think my warranty of resembling 30 days or so is up but should i be able to return this?
I dont thinking if its my plugs fault.

wow, u should be happy to be living, u wont know how to return it probably, its not the POD's fault, find a power strip, that way u can power your in one piece rig safely, you obligation to ground the wires properly too, do a safety check on your unbroken rig, you dont want something to happen approaching that again
The problem is most likely beside the electrical in your house.
You may own a hard time explaining that to a retailer. First of adjectives your lucky to be alive!

Now any electronic device that emits an unwelcomed electronic shock is inaccurate and should be returned immediatly regardless of warranty.
But you did'nt get a shock past its sell-by date the appliance did you.
you got a shock when you plugged it into a inaccurate power outlet
that has a bent planet pin and did not allow you to plug all the bearing in and so allowing your fingers to come into contact with the moving pins and giving you a nasty reminder to hold the outlet replaced and GET A SAFETY SWITCH. glad your ok because 3 seconds is usually vicious.
Electric shock is a serious situation, even if the product is out of warranty. However, being out of warranty, and assuming that the product is at blemish, then the solely obligation would be for the businessman to repair or replace the product. The store has no liability within either admiration.
If your house wiring is at bad habit, then the mfr have no more libability than if your house burned down and the equipment no longer worked after being burned up.
One of the really streamlined concepts about discomfort is that it's a great motivator. If it hurts bad plenty, it usually gets someone to fix the problem. So it's surprising when somebody go through pain, and is still incapable of research from it.
Why don't you attention if it's your plugs fault?
If the ground organize is not connected properly to earth after it is not the fault of the guitar or its supplier and you a short time ago need to fix the plug or plug into another socket to use it.
Or are you looking for and excuse to return something you don't want?
