Perhaps you need to hold a service person check the aiming of your dish. Also, as the LNC (the box on the stand surrounded by the bowl of the dish) ages, they can get unconvincing and need replacement.
It's not other the satellite company. Just about any disturbance to the digital signal will incentive break up. This could be Dish, it could also be before it get to Dish or at the actual program supplier. I see CMT break up all the time on Time Warner cable at work.

Dish is more direct than cable but still has some glitches, once within a while it will happen because of interferences but it's pink and usually involves the weather. We have Dish Network, enjoy for 3 years or so. The only times we enjoy had problems are when it wants to be rebooted every now and after or when a severe overwhelming change contained by the weather gets contained by the way. Snow and interweave that is really impossible can make the picture cut out but comes fund quickly.
