So the metal tip of my gps charger broke stale and is stuck within my car's outlet how do i return with it out?

but you need to look out you dont electricute yourself! Maybe call a guy contained by! Very carefully!
First: remove the fuse that feed that circuit. If not you may blow it and end up replacing it anyways.
Second: Turn the motor upside down and it should just leak out. <hehe>
Seriously, needle trunk pliers should do it. If no you may have to dismantle the holder (the road to do this varies by car) once out offer the backside a couple of good tap while it is facing down. The broken pieces should come loose.
