No. What it finances is you won't be charged interest for 3 months. So you will pay on the PS3, and consequently three months later they will instigate to charge you interest. If you finish paying it off within 3 months, you won't pay any interest. You can money as much or as little as you want as long as it's at least the minimum monthly costs on the credit card.

And you do have to qualify for a credit card from Circuit City.
